The Color Orange Individual Knowledge Programme scholarships are available to mid-career professionals who are nationals of – and live and work in – the following countries:

Nominations are made by Dutch institutions, and grant applications are submitted.
Ambassadors verify eligibility and evaluate applications.

Deadlines for applications:
There are three application rounds for the Orange Knowledge Programme:
Round 1: Apply between 8 February and 30 March, 16.00 CET, for courses beginning between 24 July 2023 and 31 January 2024.
Round 2: Apply between the 28th of June and the 5th of September at 16.00 CET for courses beginning after the 1st of February. 2024.
