Wannan hadi ne mai matukar kyau sosai, domin lafiyar mu ita ce abar alfahari a gare mu, sai da lafiya ake gudanar da dukkan al’amura na rayuwa. Ciwon sanyi yana illatar da dukkan sasshe na jiki, ya sanya mutum cikin rashin fuskantar yanayi da dai sauransu.

Wannan hadi ana yinsa da abubuwa kamar haka :

1- Albasa.
2- Tafarnuwa.
3- Citta danya.

Yadda za’ayi shine :

A yayyanka kanana kanana a samu Roba mai murfi ko kwano Wanda iska bata iya shiga ba. A zubasu a ciki,

A samu tafasashen ruwa azuba a robar,

A barshi na tsahon awanni 24 kwana 1 kenan,

Yadda ake sha

Ana shan rabin kofi da safe kafin a karya,
Rabin kofi da daddare kafin a kwanta bacci,

Wannan hadin yana taimakawa wajen rage kitse ga masu kiba, yana taimakawa a wajen karawa jiki lafiya da kuzari,

Allah ya datar damu.
