From Lagos to Nsukka in Enugu State, a body and all of its relatives were allegedly kidnapped by unknown individuals.
The body of Mr. Ugwuanyi Israel was abducted as his family was returning him to his house in Ameze Owerre, Umabor village, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State, according to Vanguard.
This allegedly occurred on Sunday in the vicinity of Umuoka Udi in the Enugu State Local Government Area.
His body was being transported from Lagos yesterday (Sunday) when the vehicle carrying it was stopped by kidnappers. The driver and the other passengers in the vehicle were abducted in Umuoka Udi LGA of Enugu State, according to a family source.
“The abductors have contacted the relatives and requested a ransom of fifty million Nigerian cedis.”
