Guardiola, Manchester City’s manager, has provided an explanation for why Erling Haaland will not be traveling to Luton Town with the team on matchday.

As the champs look to get back on track at Kenilworth Road, Haaland, who is presently leading the Premier League in scoring, will sit this one out.

The news that the Norwegian is hurt has now been verified by Guardiola.

Guardiola informed Sky Sports that Haaland suffered a “bone stress reaction” in his foot when they questioned about the severity of the injury. He felt like way after the last match against Aston Villa and is unable to continue.

To be honest, I have no idea. Take it day by day, week by week, and watch what transpires.

Julian Alvarez, Phil Foden, and Jack Grealish are Guardiola’s starting attackers.
