The list indicates that a sum of $5.36 million is due.
Notice on Payment of Outstanding Ground Rent in the FCT, a memorandum headed “Final Notice,” gave the impacted organizations only two weeks to pay up.
Anyone who was unable to pay or settle their unpaid ground rents for the year 2023—including allottees, property owners, and beneficiaries of the sale of Federal Government Houses in the FCT—is now advised to ensure payment in their interest.
