Chelsea are considering signing Flamengo midfielder Matheus Franca for new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
According to the Mail, Chelsea is considering a bid for the Brazilian star in a deal for up to £25 million.
Newcastle were previously linked with the 19-year-old midfielder, but West Ham United and Crystal Palace are now said to be keeping an eye on the situation.
Flamengo were aware of the interest in the January transfer window, but stayed steadfast in their position that he was not for sale.
However, for the appropriate price, that mindset may alter this summer.
Franca began his career in the Flamengo academy before breaking into the first-team squad in 2021.
