Ga wasu daga cikin amfanin sinadaran da aya ta kunsa:

– Tana dauke da sinadaran magnesium da calcium da kuma iron.

-Tana samarwa da jiki sinadarin protein da kuma lafiyayen kitse.

-Tana kunshe da sinadarin vitamin B wanda ya ke amfanar da fata da gashi da kuma farata.

– Don samarwa da jiki sinadaran vitamin da minerals, ya na da kyau a rika cin gram 70 zuwa 50 na Aya a kullum.

-Aya tana da amfani saboda tana kara karfin garkuwar jiki sinadarin carbohydrates.

-Ta yawan amfani da ita, za ka gano cewa kusan ba ka rashin lafiya kuma za ka ji dadi sosai.

-Aya na inganta yanayin da mutum ke ciki, tana tsawaita kuruciya, tana karfafa yanayin gudanar jini sannan tana kara kuzari na zahiri da na boye.

-Haka kuma aya tana da amfani ga sha’anin da ya shafi ciki da hanji, tana dauke da sinadarin da ke hana cushewar ciki da kuma kumburi.

-Aya na taimakawa wajen rage sinadarin kwalestaral (maikon cikin jini) mara kyau a cikin jini.
