Tottenham has signed Manor Solomon on a five-year contract from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Last season, the 23-year-old Israel winger was on loan at Fulham, where he scored five goals in 24 appearances.
Solomon is Tottenham’s fourth summer signing, following winger Dejan Kulusevski, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, and England midfielder James Maddison.
According to reports, the agreement is a free transfer.
Tottenham finished seventh in the Premier League last season and failed to qualify for Europe.
Solomon joined Fulham on loan from Shakhtar after using a Fifa clause that allows players based in Ukraine to suspend their contracts.
