Lucas Moura has confessed his only regret as a Tottenham Hotspur player.
Moura will leave Tottenham as a free agent this summer.
After four and a half years at Tottenham, the Brazilian will officially become a free agent on Saturday, July 1, after spending nearly a decade with the Premier League club.
However, the 30-year-old’s sole regret about his time at Tottenham is that he did not win a trophy with the club.
“I’m leaving with my head held high and the feeling of a job well done,” Moura stated, according to Sport Witness.
“I have built something solid and made my mark on Tottenham’s history, but I am also leaving with a twinge of regret.” My only regret is that I did not win a championship. That’s a pity.”
