Applications are invited from interested and qualified candidates for the Shasta College Foundation Scholarship available for Foreign Students wishing to enroll in a degree program for the academic year 2023-2024.
The Shasta College Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of a grant for new overseas students. This scholarship is paid directly to the student’s Shasta College Student account to cover educational expenditures.
Shasta College Foundation, USA is the scholarship sponsor(s).
Shasta College, USA, is the host institution.
$3,000 in scholarship money

The Shasta College Foundation is pleased to offer incoming foreign students the opportunity to obtain a scholarship in response to the challenges and barriers that many international students may face when attending a college in the United States.
We are excited to welcome international students to our campus and deliver a world-class education to a varied student body.
Conditions for Eligibility
Applicants for the Shasta College Foundation Scholarship must meet the following requirements:
New international students must apply.
Candidates seeking admission to the college
Candidates must be prepared to begin a full-time program.
The student must intend to attend Shasta College in the fall term (taking a minimum of 12 units)

Application Prerequisites:
Fill out the application form completely, including the essay (500 word maximum)
A cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or above is required.
Send two (2) letters of recommendation from someone who know you well but are not members of your immediate family (instructor, employer, church member, etc.).
Please send us your most current unofficial school transcript.
The deadline for applications is April 30, 2023.
