Lionel Messi, the club’s new acquisition, has been given his iconic no.10 shirt.
On Saturday, the Major League Soccer (MLS) club confirmed his deal.
They shared a video of Messi donning the club’s pink shirt with the number 10 embroidered on the back.
The 36-year-old has agreed to terms with Inter Miami on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
Messi opted for the MLS club over a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia. Argentina’s captain also turned down a return to Barcelona.
As part of his contract, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner will allegedly receive a pay package that includes a portion of MLS Season Pass revenue produced by Apple TV as well as a portion of Adidas revenues from his debut in MLS.
