Conditions for Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Swedish Institute Management Programme:
Must be strongly motivated to manage a sustainable firm and promote sustainable business practices in your country.
You are an Ethiopian citizen and resident of Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, or Zambia.
You are between the ages of 25 and 50. (born 1972–1996).
You work at a company. We are searching for business executives who are already CEOs or senior managers of small or medium-sized businesses, or managers of a significant and separate department of a large firm.

How to Apply: Applicants interested in the Swedish Institute Management Programme 2023 for Africans must submit an online application before the application deadline.
To submit your application, you must complete the following steps:

Choose the program for which you want to apply.
Complete all of the questions in the application portal’s various parts (found in the left-hand menu).
Upload In the document part, include your CV and a letter of recommendation from your job, and in another section, include a photo. A CV is required, but a recommendation letter is optional. A template can be found here.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have submitted your application.
