Serie A heavyweights, AC Milan are contemplating a transfer for Montpellier forward, Jerome Akor as a replacement for Olivier Giroud.
With his 37th birthday in September, Giroud’s playing days are numbered.
Akor is seen as the Frenchman’s long-term successor by the Rooseneri.
The club is also thinking about Serhou Guirassy of the Ivory Coast and Jonathan David of Canada.
Akor moved from the Norwegian club Lillestrom to the Ligue 1 side Montpellier over the summer.
The 23-year-old has been very productive for La Paillade, scoring seven times in 11 league games.
